Close to 50 players from Maryland and Virginia participated in this year's MD Top Prospect Games at the beautiful Joe Cannon Stadium. Players were put through a pro-style workout and played one simulated game in front of our PBR Mid-Atlantic staff.

Throughout the next week or so, our staff will highlight key performers and top uncommitted players that showcased well at this year's MD Top Prospect Games.

Joshua Tseronis OF / SS / Quince Orchard , MD / 2025

An athletic left-handed hitting outfielder, the 6-foot-1, 180 pound Quince Orchard product continues to grow his game and certainly catches a ton of eyes each time we see him. The smooth lefty stroke has always gained attention, showcasing the ability to pepper line drives into the pull side gap with ease. The hands are fluid, creating some whip in the barrel through contact with occasional twitch and maintaining a balanced approach consistently throughout. Utilizing a strong lower half, Tseronis stays synched in the hips with the ability to drive off the backside with controlled explosiveness. More of a middle to pull side approach, the power is still developing and the ability to backspin on a consistent basis is rapidly improving. There's some positional versatility and the athleticism speaks for itself. A quick first step, matched by fluid actions and the ability to run it down in the alleys looks to keep Tseronis in the outfield at the next level, however the footwork and soft hands adds a third base or second base option in the infield. Clocking a 6.95 60-yard, the athleticism and explosiveness continues to prosper and allows the ability to impact the game in multiple facets. A high academic, highly touted left-handed hitter that won't be on the board much longer.
