Walled Lake Western 7-17, Waterford 0-5: SVSU signee David Walczyk and Jalen Cooper each hit two home runs in the doubleheader for Western while MSU signee Andrew Gonzalez threw a shutout for Western in the first game. Trevor Bonnivier had two hits for Mott. In the second game Brandon Mazell hit a home run and struck out five in five innings on the mound for Western.

Fenton 11, Milford 8: Sam Lee and Zach Semansky each had three hits for Milford.

Stoney Creek 3-6, Rochester Adams 1-1: Joe Cox struck out six in seven innings in the first game for Stoney Creek while Eric Gilgenbach had two hits in each game.

Southfield-Lathrup 11, Ferndale 3: Eric Langford and Chase Colding each hit a double for Lathrup.

Ortonville Brandon 11-4, Lapeer West 0-0: Shaun Martin threw a one-hit shutout with thirteen strikeouts in the first game for Brandon. He also had three hits as did Jake Sutherland and Steven Jones.

Lake Orion 7-10, Rochester 0-2: Brad Schaenzer struck out fourteen in six innings in the first game for Lake Orion while Miles Hardy had three hits in the second game.

Brighton 8, Walled Lake Northern 2: Blake Pokorski went 4-4 and Justin Steele had three hits for Brighton.

Auburn Hills Avondale 10, Birmingham Groves 0: Travis Janes and Jacob Adams each had three hits for Avondale.

Auburn Hills Oakland Christian 11, Huron Valley Lutheran 8: Kyle Vens went 3-4 for Oakland Christian.
