P.L.'s Nick Hanson went toe to toe with Apple Valley's Zach Parks on Wednesday night. Hanson threw a 2-hitter in a complete game shut-out allowing 3 walks and striking out 11 batters. Parks went 6 2/3 allowing 4 hits, 1 run, 4 walks and striking out 2. Jake Etreim had the game winning RBI in the bottom of the 7th.

Robbinsdale Armstrong 10 Champlin Park 3
Jordan Kuznia threw well leading Armstrong to a 10-3 victory. Kuznia went 6 innings allowing 9 hits, 3 runs, 1 walk and had 4 strikeouts. Josh Thorp was 3-4 with 2 runs scored and Troy Ouellette had 4 RBI's.

Woodbury 14 Park 3
Woodbury's Ronnie Sweeny went 2-2 with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI's and 9 other players contributed a hit Wednesday. Brady Mundahl had 2 RBI's and senior Jordan Wilkerson was 1-3 with 3 RBI's. Sweeny and Mundahl each had home runs.

Maple Grove 10 Park Center 0
Adam Brant, Bubba Horton, Brett Schulze and Austin Mathison each had 2 hits and Lukas Burrington, Max Marshall and Matt Vogl had 2 RBI's as Maple Grove cruised to a 10-0 win over Park Center. Bubba Horton threw 5 innings allowing 1 hit, 0 runs, 1 walk and 5 strikeouts.

Wayzata 3 Hopkins 1
4 players had a hit and Reece Smith was 2-3. Griffin Schneider had 2 RBI's in the contest. The winning pitcher was Tom Skoro who threw a complete game allowing 7 hits, 1 run, 0 earned with 4 strikeouts.
