After being obliterated with their initial tournament picks as the brackets were released, Brandon & Matt are back to put their stamp on the Championship Series. See who they favor in this matchup, across a variety of different ways to analyze the teams.
Brandon Hall: A very competive matchup on paper. Both have established aces and both clubs have shown depth with their pitching staffs. Two big keys: (1) Who gets more free bases & (2) Who can create a big inning.
Matt Payne: This could be the most exciting series of the weekend. South Rowan has won so many big games and South Brunswick looks to be playing some of its best baseball of the year. I think this series comes down to who gets better pitching after their aces and which team gets that one big swing that changes swings the momentum in the series.
