Carmel HS shocks No. 7 ranked Arlington HS in a Class AA match-up Tuesday night.
It was over when: Matt Valentinetti (Carmel) hit a two run double in the fourth inning.
Haughney (Carmel) shook off the flu to pitch a gem against one of the top ranked teams in Class AA. He spun up a complete game three hit shutout to earn the win. In his efforts he struck out eight Arlington hitters while walking three.
