The finalized roster for the inaugural PBR Mid-Atlantic ProCase was released on Tuesday. Today we present the finalized pitching rotation along with catching assignments for the October 28th event. A total of 43 players from five states dot the roster with 21 pitchers scheduled to throw bullpens beginning at 12:00 pm.
