PLAYERS TO WATCH:

Ryan Harrahill P/INF 6-4 215 2023 R/R 1st Team All Conference, All State Honorable Mention

38.1 IP 4-1 68Ks and a .913 ERA He has continued to fill out his frame physically after his mental game took a big stride forward last year. He has become one of our most vocal leaders and should be one of the best pitchers in the state this year.

Nathan Cunningham SS 6-2 190 2022 R/R, All State Honorable Mention He took a big stride forward last summer coming off of a good spring with a .328 avg 11 XBH and 17 RBIS. Defensively he is one of the best short stops around and we will look for his bat to make an impact at the top of the lineup.

Trey Wells C 6-4 220 2022 R/R He is one of the best defensive catchers around and is coming off a very good summer where he led our team in batting average. He will be in charge of one of the best pitching staffs in the state this spring and if he can swing it like he did last summer will be up for some awards at the end of the spring.

Easton Mains OF 6-1 190 2022 R/R, All State Honorable Mention The most fierce competitor we have he was the only kid to play in every game he could last spring where he hit .352, 10 XBH, 12 RBI, 17 R and 14 SBs. He will patrol the outfield for us and hit at the top of the lineup. We will go as far as his success takes us.

Colin Nowaczyk P/OF 6-0 170 2024 L/L 1st Team All Conference, All State Honorable Mention As a freshman he threw 35 IP with 47Ks and a 2.4 ERA as our #2. He has such a live arm and can throw any of his pitches for strikes. Him and Harrahill make a really good 1-2 punch as he continues to build of his very successful season. We also look for him to compete to start in the outfielder as one of the best defensive outfielders around.

Drew Broady UTL 6-1 210 2022 R/R Led our team in HRs and RBIs while hitting .304 for us in the middle of the lineup. He will find a home defensively and look to anchor our lineup hitting wise as far as driving in runs goes.

Xavier Cavenaugh 2B 5-9 170 2023 R/R Our starting second basemen from the spring and summer he was second on our team in batting average as well as leading our team in RBIs this summer. Defensively he is very solid and we look for him to continue to come up clutch in the heart of the lineup.

2022 OUTLOOK:

“We return 21 guys who played a significant role on varsity in the spring or summer last year. That competition and experience should play a big role in our success this season, but it's all about the team this year. We have a whole bunch we need to prove if we want to be competing with the best programs in the state.”
