Mother Nature was dominant today.  She had all of her pitches working.  Her wind aided fastball topped out at 45MPH, she rained breaking balls on the eastern part of the state, and to put the game away late she dropped snowballs on the outside corner in the northwest and central parts of the state. Quoted after the game she replied, “I felt strong, so strong that I might ask for the ball again tomorrow”.

According to weather reports, today’s weather system is supposed to linger through much of tomorrow.  Based on the amount of moisture today, in all varieties, tomorrow could be another total whitewash for high school baseball games in the state.
