This Saturday, Feb. 18th, the PBR Washington team is hosting the Seattle Preseason ID - Session 2 at the EL1 Sports Facility in Puyallup, Was. This is an open event for all high school classes (2023-26), and gives our staff an ample look at the area's top players.

For a closer look at the showcase details and the technologies we'll have on-site to assist our in-person evaluation for all in attendance, click here. For a complete look at those registered to attend this event, view the most up-to-date version of the roster by clicking here.

2023 ROSTER

A pair of ranked 2024 prospects are set to attend Saturday’s event, starting with C/SS Braden O’Donnell (Jackson, 2024). O’Donnell is listed at an athletic 5-foot-10, 165-pounds and offensively he has recorded EVs in the low-80s from a smooth right-handed swing. Despite profiling as a backstop, he is a well above-average runner as he has recorded a 6.81 low in the 60-yard dash. While behind the plate he is a quality receiver and has recorded pop-time lows of 2.00.

Braden O'Donnell (2/5/22)

OF/RHP Kasey Newton (Nooksack Valley, 2024) will also be in attendance on Saturday and he is an intriguing two-way prospect. Offensively, he features a quality left-handed swing that has produced EVs up to 92.3 mph. On the mound, he is a clean mover with a repeatable delivery and he has run his fastball up to 81.7 mph with some feel for three offspeed offerings in our previous looks. After a full offseason training, our staff is excited to see the gains these two prospects have made during our time in Puyallup.

Perusing the event roster, we’re set to meet a majority of players who’ve not yet attended a PBR showcase, and we’re eager to add more names to our follow lists.

EVENT CHECK-IN PROCESS

Because of the high number of prospects set to attend Saturday's event, it is imperative that you read our adjusted showcase itinerary below, which will allow our staff to swiftly and efficiently educate and evaluate the players set to attend.

Additionally, in an effort to continue and develop contactless check-in strategies, upon arrival, players will scan a QR Code with their smart phone camera that will lead them to a Google Form. On that Form, players will enter their name (matching the spelling on their PBR profile) and hit submit. Upon submission, players will be prompted to click a link that will direct them to their jersey color and number, located next to their registered name.
