Recruiting news from Missouri



In updated recruiting news around Missouri, four more players have made their college commitments.

OF Pete Spradlin has committed to Eastern New Mexico University. At the recent Preseason Showcase in St. Louis, Spradlin impressed with his overall athleticism, and should be one of the leaders of the Vianney HS team this season in all offensive categories.

Reese Stevenson, an infielder and RHP from Purdy HS has committed to the University of St. Mary in Kansas. Last season as a junior, Stevenson batted .461 with three homeruns and twenty nine RBIs. He also went 3-0 on the mound with a 3.77 ERA.

3B/RHP Tyler Rothman from Neosho has committed to North Central Missouri College. While primarly an infielder, Rothman may see some time in the outfield in college.

Jordan Anderson is a 6-foot-1, 210-pound RHP from Cooter HS who will continue his baseball career at Three Rivers Community College.
