SC Underclass Spotlight - Calder Garris

Calder Garris C / RHP / Wando, SC / 2022

Full frame with a strong lower half and broad shoulders. Generates some serious bat speed at the plate with a larger leg kick. Dives in at times and generates some whip through contact on a naturally lofted path. Carried a ball out to LF in the FG Trials and has shown consistent power with multiple HR's in PBR tournament games. Works hard behind the plate with good bend in the hips and consistent glove work. Athletic block/recover, quick exchanges and accurate throws over the bag at 2nd.
