PBR Michigan is here to provide top notch coverage and exposure to players during the high school and summer season. The state of Michigan is full of uncommitted talent, below we will breakdown the state into four regions. West, Central, Southeast and Metro Detroit. Each list will consist of nine uncommitted ball player in the 2020-2022 class to keep an eye on this season.

Catcher

Owen Carapellotti C / RHP / U of D Jesuit, MI / 2021

Report: 6-foot-1, 190 pound left hand hitting catcher made varsity as a freshman and looks to be a key contributor entering his sophomore year. 1.97-2.01 pop time while his bat plays at a high level. 89 mph exit velocity.

Infielders

Zac Jones SS / Stoney Creek, MI / 2021

Report: 6-foot-1, 170 pound athletic frame prospect is a high level defender. Arguably one of the top defenders in the state. Clean actions in the field throwing 85 mph across the infield and an 88 mph exit velocity.

Enrique Gutierrez 3B / RHP / Detroit Western International, MI / 2020

Report: 5-foot-9, 175 pound corner infielder is one of the top players in Detroit. Very agile on his feet, soft hands with a smooth funnel. Handles the bat. Walking double at the plate. 88 mph exit velocity.

Reagan Paulina SS / 2B / Detroit Catholic Central, MI / 2020

Report: 5-foot-10, 155 pound athletic prospect. Hard worker with a smooth left hand swing at the plate. Above average defensive ability will allow him to stick in the middle of the diamond at the next level. 88 mph infield velocity and a 90 mph exit velocity.

Eli Hilliard C / SS / Waterford Kettering, MI / 2020

Report: 6-foot-1, 180 pound versatile infielder who has good athleticism. 82 mph infield velocity while popping a 1.91-1.93 from behind the plate. 91 mph exit velocity.

Outfielders

Brendan Lowry OF / OF / Livonia Churchill, MI / 2020

Report: 5-foot-10, 180 pound centerfield prospect is one of the best players in the state. Big time tracking skills in CF, along with an 85 mph arm from the outfield. His left hand bat plays, with raw power. 96 mph exit velocity who runs a 6.81.

Liam Pollock OF / Bishop Foley Catholic, MI / 2020

Report: 5-foot-10, 190 pound prospect is poised to have a big time year at Foley. A school deep in tradition he is set to be the next big prospect. Already has two big flies on the year. Along with being a solid defensive outfielder. 6.76 runner and 90 mph exit velocity.

Trey Lipsey OF / 2B / Birmingham Groves, MI / 2021

Report: 6-foot, 160 pound athletic outfielder is a two sport varsity athlete, playing football and baseball. Quick twitch player who plays with an extra boost in his step. 84 mph from the outfield with a fast release. 89 mph exit velocity from the left side.

Pitcher

Nathan Waligora RHP / 3B / Livonia Stevenson, MI / 2020

Report: 6-foot-4, 225 pound physically imposing RHP should be able to make a case for one of the top arms in Livonia. Has a three pitch mix. Throws downhill, clocked as high as 86 mph. Also capable as a hitter showing a 92 mph exit velocity.
