2017 TEAM PREVIEW: 4A Noblesville Millers

2016 Record: 23-6
Conference (2016 Record):  HCC - 15-3 - T-1st
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/3

2017 Team Strengths:

Top Returning Players:

• Bryce Masterson, 1B, 2017
• Travis Gillian, SS, 2017
• Alex Cleverly, C, 2017
• Harris Camp, OF, 2017
• Reese Sharp, RHP, 2019 (right)
• Zac Tuinei, OF, 2019 

Outlook:  The Millers will once again be very competitive in a loaded HCC and sectional this season. Led by key returners in the lineup, Bryce Masterson (Dayton) and Travis Gillian, Coach Keever's offense will be tough to keep off the bases.  A 3-year starter behind the plate, Alex Cleverly (Bellarmine), will have a young staff to help develop throughout the year.  Reese Sharp, a highly touted 2019 RHP, gained experience as a freshman in the HCC and will have an expanded role this season after graduating Cory Conway (Morehead State).  Noblesville hopes to compete at the top of the HCC and to fight for another sectional crown in 2017.
