2017 TEAM PREVIEW: 4A Evansville Reitz Panthers

Conference (2016 Record):  SIAC - 1st

• Connor DeWeese, OF/P, 2017: .434BA 
• Jackson Ashby, 1B/P, 2017: .311BA
• Luke Euler, P, 2017 : 5-0 2.10ERA 
• Stephen Hazlett, INF/P, 2019 

Outlook:  Evansville Reitz lost a handful of players in 2016, but returns several key players in key spots heading into 2017.  Led by Indiana Commit, Elijah Dunham, the Panthers will have the middle of their lineup back this year.  Connor DeWeese, who led the Panthers in BA and OBP, will look to build off a successful HS career. Senior Luke Euler should be a key arm for Coach DeWeese this year after a 5-0 record in 2016.  This will be a talented conference and sectional once again.
