Here are the PBR Tennessee Update on Team Rankings by Class as we close in on the Spring Fling. The D2-A field has been set and D2-AA is awaiting one final series while all the public school classes (1A-4A) matchup for sub-state later tonight. This list features all the remaining clubs from D2-A/AA and has been updated for 1A-4A heading into Sub-State (Top 16) The PBR Power 25 Rankings will be updated over the weekend as the clubs prepare for the Spring Fling in Murfreesboro on Tuesday.

2022 Class Rankings

1A Rankings: 5/20

Earlier this week, we kept the rankings at 15 slots, and following the Monday's Region Semifinals 12 of 15 advanced to sub-state. Eagleville remains at #1 along with minor shuffling among the top clubs. Due to forfeit, Peabody has advanced to the State Tournament.

 Earlier this week we expanded the 2A rankings to 20 slots, and we saw 13 of 20 advance to sub-state with only 3 dropping from the top 16 spots. Pigeon Forge remains at #1 with very little movement within the top 10.

3A Rankings: 5/20

Earlier this week, we remained at 20 slots for 3A and it was nothing but chaos across the state. 9 clubs featured in the Top 20 loss on Monday (6 of the Top 16), including #1 Hardin County and #2 Carter. To make things more complicated, the previous next four (#3-6) will all play each other later tonight. Lenoir City makes the jump to #1 after sweeping the region and Jackson Southside makes the biggest jump after wins over two top three teams this week. Safe to say this is a wide open field with plenty of contenders who can punch their ticket in sectionals.

4A was surprisingly the most calm as all 16 teams to advance were in the Top 25 and only 3 clubs in the Top 16 lost on Monday. Very little movement in the top 10 slots, but plenty of big time matchups heading into Friday night.

3 East Region clubs (Baylor, Knoxville Catholic, & McCallie) have punched their ticket, awaiting final series between MBA & Lipscomb Academy (Gm 2: 2PM at MBA; Gm 3 (If Necessary): 4:30PM at MBA)
