6. Noah Burkholder

Noah BurkholderThe sixth most viewed player profile in 2015 was Noah Burkholder, a 2015 graduate of Crown Point HS.   The 6-foot-6, 205 pound right-handed pitcher was a part of one of the most talented group of arms to come through the state in recent history. Unfortunately, Burkholder had to deal with injury for much of his Junior and Senior seasons.  In 2014 he dealt with a nagging back injury, and was later diagnosed with having Kyphosis, where curvature of the spine is too far forward.  Once getting that corrected he felt great. Burkholder attended the Super 60 last February and looked ready to go for his senior campaign pumping his fastball up to 93 with good feel for his changeup.  However, during his final year at Crown Point, an arm injury occurred that eventually led to him having Tommy John in June.  Burkholder is now at the University of Louisville.
