SCOUTING REPORT

5-foot-9, 175-pound frame. At shortstop he has solid footwork and glove action. Works through the ball with athleticism and transitions well from the midline into a very good throwing motion. Registered an infield velocity at 77 mph. Offensively, the right handed hitter has an aggressive swing with easy strength at contact. Starts from a slightly open, neutral stance, short stride with quiet rhythm in hands. Showed ability to hit ball well in middle of the field, driving the ball with gap-to-gap power. Registered the highest exit velocity of the event at 94 mph. Ran a 7.38 60-yard dash. On the mound, the right hander works from high-¾ slot with compact, elbow dominated arm action. Fastball ranges from 74-75 mph with some cut-type action and good feel. Curveball has 11-5 shape with average depth at 60 mph. He threw his changeup 65 mph.
