PBR Iowa strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
KEENEY: I have been contacted by several schools in the Midwest at different levels including D1-D3, as well as NAIA and JUCO. Central, Mount Mercy, Kirkwood, Southeastern, and Iowa Western were the first schools to show interest.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
KEENEY: Yes, I have made (4) visits and have another scheduled. I'm hoping to make a decision later this fall.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
KEENEY: My focus regarding college is to find a location where I can have an immediate opportunity to compete and feel comfortable about the developmental plan. 

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
KEENEY: Highlights during my junior year include our high school team (Cedar Rapids Jefferson) winning the Metro Baseball Tournament to begin the season as well as being selected by the IHSBCA as a 1st team All-State pitcher.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
KEENEY: My goals this year are to continue to focus on strength development, hopefully leading to an increase in velocity.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
KEENEY: I currently only participate in baseball.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
KEENEY: I have a 3.5 GPA.
