PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
Tanner: Northern Illinois, eastern and central Michigan for D1. UMD, Augustana and a couple other D2s.
PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
Tanner: I’ve visited UMD but I’m planning on visiting Northern Illinois, NDSU, and  some Midwest D2 schools. I’m doing a camp at NDSU also.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
Tanner: I’m looking for a great business school but also with computer Science. A medium to large school that’s challenges me academically as a student and challenges me to become the best baseball player I can be.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
Tanner: Striking out 8 batters out of my 9 outs was a good accomplishment. But also getting into the low- mid 80s fastball was a huge accomplishment for me that took hard work.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
Tanner:My goals are to reach the upper 80s and touch 90 by the summer, and win a state championship for high-school baseball.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
Tanner: I played football up until this year

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
Tanner: My GPA is 3.447 and my act is 20. I’m retaking my ACT October 27th.
