Sunday's Underclass Games are quickly approaching and I wanted to provide a little further in depth info on what will be going on. This event is our biggest event of the fall, and I am expecting a lot of the top colleges in the northeast to be in attendance.

Rutgers Field Address:
Bainton Field
Hospital Rd.
Piscataway, NJ 08854 

****No vehicles permitted to park inside the Baseball Complex. Parking is available across
Hospital Road underneath Solar Panels next to the RAC. No Parking will be allowed in
Gravel lot in Outfield moving forward due to new construction.

Timeline
8am-8:15am: Position Player sign in
8:15-8:45am: warm up for Batting Practice
9am: Batting Practice starts
10am: Pitcher Only's report
10-10:15am: Extended Infield/Outfield (Participants will be split into two different teams)
between 11-11:30: Simulated Game will start.

Simulated Game format:
+ Pitchers will throw to the max 5 batters starting with a 1-1 count.
+ Position Players will be rotated in and will receive at least 2 at bats in game play (most likely more)
+ Pitcher Only's are free to leave once they have completed their inning of work.
+ We will not be able to run the 60 yard dash or evaluate positional velocities/exit velocities for Position Players, per Division 1 NCAA rules.
++ With this said, there will be video taken of Batting Practice and of the Infield/Outfield for each position player's profile, complete with scouting comments.

Miscellaneous:
+ Rutgers has a turf field, however metal spikes are allowed.
+ Every player must sign in and get their picture taken for their individual player profile. Please do not leave Rutgers until you/your son has done so.
+ There might be rain in the forecast, please plan/prepare accordingly.
+ Please provide your own lunch/snack/drinks, etc.
+ Batting practice groups and gameplay schedules will be posted at the event.
