6-foot, 200-pound, strong, projectable, athletic frame with well-defined lower half and broad shoulders. The right-handed hitter starts from a tall, balanced stance with high hands and a slight bat wrap. Small gather into his stride, lands with his hands back at launch position. Stays on the baseball well, good barrel awareness and a loose finish through strong contact. Registered an exit velocity of 91 mph. At shortstop, McAdams has soft hands with good glove action. Shows good rhythm through the ball, clean, quick exchange into a short throwing motion with very accurate arm and the ability to throw on the run. Threw 77 mph across the diamond. Ran 7.03 60-yard dash.
