Rashawn Thompson, IF/OF, Princeton HS, Class of 2013

5-foot-10, 165-pound athletic prospect with excellent raw skills. Definite under the radar prospect. Ran 6.89 60-yard dash (on slow surface) and displayed 83 mph arm strength from the outfield. Has good body balance, profiles better as an outfielder. Infield range is good but needs to improve accepting the ball. Offensively, he has an open base stance. Squares front side with some batspeed and controlled upper-cut bat path. Displays power potential. Good hand swing finish and lower body torque. Will only get better as he gets physically stronger.
