Further Analysis: Boggs shows good athleticism and appears to be a player on the rise as he showed better measurables across the board at the Top Prospect Games in June, improving his OF velocity by 4 mph, exit velocity by 3 mph, and ran an improved 4.37 home to first time. He has significant room to fill out his frame which could bode well for his offensive game at the next level.
