Cameron Revelette, RHP, St. Xavier HS, 2015

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Revelette impressed at the Top Prospect Games at Western Kentucky University in June with good command of a four-pitch mix.

Working through a ¾ to high ¾ arm slot, Revelette showed good tempo in his delivery that required minimal effort.  His 82-84 mph fastball showed some arm-side life through the zone, and he used an arsenal of secondary pitches that included a 66-70 mph curveball with 11/5 action and a late-breaking 78 mph slider.  Revelette also mixed in a 77 mph changeup for good measure to keep hitters guessing.  He struck out four of the 10 batters he faced at the event as he consistently pounded the strike zone with all pitches.

Look for Revelette to pick up where he left off last season at the top of the Tigers rotation as he compiled a 7-1 record and 1.72 ERA while allowing just 39 hits and 13 walks in 57 innings of work.
