Through our "Boots on the Ground" approach to scouting, we at PBR Maryland are committed to providing the most comprehensive year-round coverage of amateur baseball across the state. With the new year just a few weeks away, today we release our final update of 2021 to the Class of 2023 rankings. Just over 20 new faces enter today's update to include the Top 200 players from across the Old Line State and Delaware.
The only major change inside the Top 10 comes at #3 as Churchill SS Christopher Hacopian (Wake Forest) returns after transferring back from Montverde Academy (FL).

As for the rest; Georgetown Prep LHP/OF Tommy Roldan (Virginia) remains #1 with Bishop McNamara LHP/1B Cameron Johnson (LSU) right on his heels fresh off his new commitment to LSU and rise in the National Rankings. Roldan (38) and Johnson (41) are the highest ranked players from this class in Wednesday's National Update; with Hacopian (Wake Forest) (Nat.Rank: 293), Georgetown Prep 1B Antonio Perrotta (Virginia) (Nat.Rank: 296), DeMatha Catholic C George Baker (Louisville) (Nat.Rank: 314), Bishop McNamara SS/RHP Lee Ellis (South Carolina) (Nat.Rank: 452), and Archbishop Spalding RHP Parker Thomas (East Carolina) (Nat.Rank: 485) also making the list.
