Updated recruiting news from Missouri



-Teammates JD Williams and Reed Morton from Liberty North HS have also made their commitments.

Williams, a RHP, has commited to Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Williams compiled a 4-2 record with a 2.30 earned run average, while striking out 58 hitters in only 45 innings. The right-hander earned first team All-Small Six Conference honors in 2011. Williams was chosen as Liberty North's Pitcher of the Year following his junior season.

Morton, a RHP, will be furthering his baseball career at the University of Central Missouri. In limited action on the mound, Morton struck our twenty seven batters in nineteen innings as a junior.

-The duo of Nick Gulotta and Landon Mason from Blue Springs HS have made their college commitments.

Nick Gulotta, a 3B, has committed to Kansas City Community College. Last season as a junior, Gulotta hit a combined .342 with fifteen doubles, six triples, seven HR, and fourty nine RBIS during the high school season and over the summer with the KC Barnstormers.

Landon Mason has committed to the University of Central Arkansas. Mason is a 6-foot-1, 155-pound infielder.

-Keegan Reed, 5-foot-8. 150-pound a C/OF from Pleasant Hill HS, has committed to Missouri Valley College.

-Garrett McKenzie has committed to Kansas City Community College.
