Today we are releasing our fourth update to the Virginia/DC Power 25. We have two new teams moving into the rankings, as well as a new face inside the Top 10. 

St. John's remains at #1. They have run their record to 21-0. Saturday they had a big matchup with the Maryland #1 Archbishop Spalding. That game was called in the top of the seventh due to weather. The Cadets and Spalding were tied at 1-1 before the game was called. 

Moving up to #2 in the rankings is still undefeated Lake Braddock. The Bruins are 16-0 and have been inside the Top 5 for the past two weeks. 

Glen Allen makes their debut in the Power 25, coming in at #17 after upsetting current #4 Mills Godwin on Friday night. Also moving in to the Power 25 is Nansemond-Suffolk Academy. The Saints have compiled a 13-3 record and topped of their run to the Power 25 with a win over highly touted #9 Cape Henry this past week.
