Ryan Morrison (CNU) struck out 8 in 4.1 innings to pick up the win. Nathan Chen (Randolph-Maxon) was 2-3 with an RBI and Cal Henderson (Louisburg CC) had a 2B and 2 RBI. Ryan Grzesiak (Virginia Tech) struck out 12 in 6 innings in a complete game defeat.

Joey Rogers was 3-4, Brooks Graham was 3-3, George Rizzo (George Washington) was 2-3 with a 2B and 2 RBI and Luke Craddock was 2-4 with a 2B and 3 RBI.

Ben Blair (Liberty) struck out 9 in 5 innings and Will Palmer had a multi-hit game.
#7 Cape Henry Collegiate 6, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy 1
Tanner Schaedel and Brendan Hawley combined to allow 1 run on 2 hits. Harper Cox (Virginia) was 2-3 with 2 BB.

Bradley Gagen (Tennessee) struck out 10 in 5 innings and Josh Hand (Virginia Tech) was 2-4 with a 2B.

Sterling Austin (Hampden-Sydney) struck out 11 in a 5 inning 3-hit shutout. Bradley Garner was 4-4 with a 2B, HR, and 3 RBI.

Carson Estridge (West Virginia) was dominant with 11 strikeouts in 6.2 innings while allowing just 4 hits. Joey Swekosky was 2-3 with an RBI and Carson Cho had a 2B and 2 RBI.
#11 Nansemond River 2, Hickory 1
Nansemond River scored 2 in the first on a Grayson Fitzwater (VMI) 2 RBI 2B and Thomas Wolfe made that hold up, throwing a complete game 4-hitter with 7 strikeouts. Brandon Walsh allowed just 3 hits in a complete game in the loss.

Ethan Hudson (Randolph-Macon) allowed just 2 hits in 5 innings while Chris Johnson and Alex Heid had multi-hit games. Caleb Wood was strong for Tucker, allowing 2 runs in 5 innings.

Ethan Gibson (Virginia Tech) was 3-4 with a BB and Jett Humphreys was 2-5 with a 2B and 4 RBI. Luke Bledsoe had a home run for Gate City.

Jason Cheifetz (JMU) threw a complete game while also going 2-3 with 2 BB. Sam Marco had a home run and 3 RBI. Matthew Colella was 3-4 for Centreville. 
Chantilly 8, #19 James Madison 6
Chantilly rallied from down one in the seventh to take a two run lead and Madison tied it to force extras before the Chargers took the lead in the top of tenth on an Owen Pierce (William & Mary) home run. Pierce and Scott Hodinko each had 2 hits, 2 BBs and a home run for the Chargers while Hodinko was the winner in relief. Tanner Wharton was 3-5 with a home run and 3 RBI for Madison
#20 Patriot 14, Gainesville 6
Mason Balsis (Longwood) and AJ Shepard (Indiana) homered and both had multi-hit games. Jordan Capuano allowed just 1 hit in 4 scoreless innings with 5 strikeouts.

Ryan Ertlschweiger (JMU) struck out 10 in 6 innings and Jaime Quinn-Irons was 2-3 with a 2B 2 RBI and a BB. Nick Toole tossed 3 innings of 1-hit shutout relief for Oakton.
