RHP Blake McFadden (right, No. 9 in the Class of 2012 rankings) has committed to the University of Iowa. McFadden has led Savannah HS to a 6-1 record so far this season and is emerging as a top pitcher statewide, reagrdless of class. The 6-foot-2, 195 RHP said on his committment, "I feel as though Iowa will be a good  spot for me. It is a school I have liked for a while and I am looking forward to joing the talented group of players who are there now."

Killian Knowes from DeSmet has made his commitment to Drury. On the season, Knowles is currently batting .317 and has scored a team leading thirteen runs.

Tom Lartonoix from Vianney HS will be joining teammate Zack Kneese at Quincy University. Lartonoix, 6-foot-4, 195-pounds RHP and 1B, is batting .421 in ninteen at bats and has seven RBIs.
