6/2/18-6/3/18 @ BAWS 2018 - UC Davis commit. Strong proportions on compact 5-foot-11 200-pound body. Built from ground up and looks to have ability to handle innings and maintain stuff. Named BAWS 2018 Most Outstanding Pitcher. Simple delivery with shorter stride, keeping hands at his chest throughout. Arm is very quick and whippy mid-3/4 showing late life at the plate. Pounded zone throughout outings looking to attack hitters and work efficiently. Fastball 83-88 mph with late arm side sink; ability to use arm side run to get good angle to glove side and bring ball back over plate from glove side for strikeouts. 2nd inning fastball was lower velo to start, but able to work up touching 88 again. Slider 72-75 with late 3/4 action and tilt on pitch under barrel. Control of pitch to both sides of plate and able to start pitch off plate arm side bringing it back for strikes. Very impressive outing.
