11/12/17- Solid, stocky frame standing at 5-foot-10, 185 pounds with strong wrists and hands. At the plate starts from a wide base with a short swing through the zone. Showed the ability to let the ball travel into the zone and go the other way with it. At times can be out in front and cut himself off, but can make hard contact and drive the ball when he is on time. Behind the plate he showed quality footwork with a quick release on his throws down to second that topped out at 78 mph. Pop times ranged from 1.9-1.97 seconds.
