9/8/18 - 5-foot-10, 180 pounds, he works with a simple delivery and throws from a high 3/4 slot. Lands in line, but can get rotational at times which led to an inconsistent release point. When he got to extension the fastball had some cut at 75-77 mph. He also threw a curveball at 63-65 mph and a changeup at 68 mph. Phelps struck out two in his two innings of work.
