Small compact frame with highly athletic movements. Pounded both sides of the zone with a 2 pitch mix. FB was 77-81 mph, topping at 82. Jumped out of hand and got on the hitters quickly. CB was 11/5 shape at 64-67. At points was thrown with sharp, late break. Bat was quiet on weekend, but showed strong awareness at the plate.
Positional Profile: RHP/SS
Body: 5-11, 165-pounds.
Defense: INF - 82 mph. Light on his feet, shows solid actions, hands are confident and sure, inconsistent accuracy to bag.
Hit: RHH. Open stance, aggressive approach, has some longer movements that will affect timing but overall the swing is athletic and shows ability to drive baseball.
Power: 87 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Run: 7.3 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Stretch only, higher balance point, lands athletically with finish to plate.
Arm Action: RH. Long clean arm path, high ¾ slot. Arm works well- should continue to add velocity.
FB: T82, 79-82 mph. Mostly straight with slight varying action.
CB: 67-69 mph. 11/5 shape, solid depth, avg. feel for zone.
CH: 72-76 mph. Solid action thrown near FB arm speed.
