Larger frame with longer legs, crouched balance point, has made improvements striding inline with catcher, lands with open front foot, short cocked arm draw on back side. Fastball was 86-88 mph, touching 89 mph, with varying action in bottom of zone for strikes. Avg. shape and depth on breaking ball with 11/5 shape. Late down action on heavy changeup in bottom of zone.
6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. On mound; short rocker step, crouches into medium balance point, rolls through motion, short stiff arm action, cuts across body on release. Fastball was 81-83 mph with late diving action to arm-side of plate. Tighter spin on breaking ball, early break and shape to plate. Good run and sink action on changeup to arm-side of plate. 7.31 runner. Wide base, rolling hand load, uncontrolled swing, spray contact, stiffer actions in box, 74 mph exit velocity. Taller fielding position, makes routine plays, avg. footowork and glove, 81 mph arm across infield.
