A clean and athletic mover behind the plate, Phillips worked quick to release, popping a 2.11 on his best bullet to the bag with accuracy throughout his round. The 5-foot-9, 160-pound sophomore swung a flat right-handed barrel that worked mostly to the middle of the field throughout his round.
