Providing an intriguing look on the bump Saturday was RHP Brian Kud (Glenbard East, 2025). Kud is an athletic 6-foot, 155-pounds that works with intent down the mound. Kud worked with an upper-70’s fastball that touched 80 mph multiple times and was able to find the bottom of the zone routinely. Kud also showed a sharper breaking ball that had the ability to create whiffs. Kud finished the day punching out four over 2.2 IP in relief.
