During batting practice, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 90 mph, showing his ability to drive the ball with some power. Starts in a tall stance then uses a toe tap. Bat speed is above average; flat swing plane. In the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 85 mph; shows sure hands, shorter arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.49. Athletic and projects well on the mound, has some arm speed with shorter arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed in line shoulders. Lands soft with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 81-83 mph. Changeup (69-72 mph). Shows glove side command on his tight curveball (64-66). Plenty more in the tank.

He sat with his fastball at 77-80 mph. His curveball (65-66) has consistent accuracy and tight action. He had some action on his sinking changeup (67-68).
9/16/18: 2022 left-handed pitcher slash first baseman hits from the right side. uses a tall close off setup in the Box. stride is Long to the baseball from a leg kick. did tend to dive into the baseball as wait transferred forward. Showed an opposite-field approach at the plate with line drive ability. at first base showed athletic ability with soft hands and a strong arm across the diamond at 72. on the mound showed deception throughout delivery from the left side from a lower 3/4 arm slot some Rhythm throughout delivery. arm stroke is somewhat quick and is short. Fastball show cut action at 73 76 top 77. showed a gradual break to eight shape curveball at 62 64.
