7/18/17: 6-foot-2, 165 pound junior righty works from high arm slot with loose arm swing and thin frame. The long limbed righthander uses an easy tempo and delivery the mound, landing slightly closed with a shorter stride. Small bend in the back leg to drive and a stiff front leg to land, standing tall to finish. More explosiveness through the front side in the lower half will help in velo jump. Fastball is straight, working to both sides of the plate at the knees, sat 78-80, topping out at 81. Curveball was 68-71, thrown glove side with gradual 11/5 break. Changeup was straight at 73-75.
