2/20/16: 6-foot-2, 193 pound southpaw pitches from a loose, high ¾ arm action.  Above average arm speed.  Good balance.  Works quick.  Uphill shoulders, good direction, lands square.  Fastball was straight at 77-79, up to 80.  Breaking ball has a 2/8 shape with gradual break at 64-68.  Changeup was thrown with near fastball arm speed for a strike at 68-71, showed occasional sink.  

10/18/15:  6-foot-1, 185 pounder ran a 7.47-60 and was 75 across the diamond.  Works well around the bag with fluid feet and good hands.  At the plate the LHH hits from an open, crouch type setup with a smooth load.  Stride is short.  Average use of the lower half.  Hip slide.  Possesses good bat control with above average  bat speed.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 90 mph.  Line drive hitter with the ability to hit the gaps.  

6/25/15: The 6-foot-1 185 pound first baseman ran a 7.26 60 yd dash. In the field works well around the bag.  Across the diamond was 76 mph. Offensively, the LHH hits from an open setup,  Loads back and uses a short stride.  Possesses quick bat speed with a good approach. Short path to the ball, gets to extension.  Ball jumps off his bat.  Fluid rhythm. Recorded a high exit velocity of 92 mph. Ability to drive the gaps.  On the mound, the lefty showcased a fastball that sat 76-80mph   Curveball was 69-71 with gradual, sweeping break.  Change-up was thrown between 70-71 near FB arm speed and has some depth. Pitches from a high 3/4 slot with average arm speed.  Uphill shoulders, with some choppiness in the delivery.  Lands open.
