The 5-foot-11, 165 pound left-handed hitting Hartford commit had a tee exit velocity of 83 mph.  He hits out of an athletic stance, with the hands relaxed off the back shoulder.  The load is simple and gets him into a strong position to hit.  The swing is direct to and through contact and produces a lot of line drives.  He showed the ability to drive the ball gap to gap.

In the infield, he was 77 mph across the diamond.  The feet are athletic and light, allowing him to get in good positions to field.  He moves well laterally and the glove is soft. As he transitions to throw, he stays in line with the target, the arm-swing is clean and he follows his throws.

Behind the plate, he was 75 mph down to second base.  The set-up is square with his weight balanced nicely over the feet.  The glove is relaxed in the center of the chest.  He receives well and showed he handles the low pitch well catching the pitchers.  The transition to throw is efficient.  The feet are quick and he gets the hips square to the target.  The glove to hand transfer is clean and he gets the ball out, into a good position to throw.  He finishes his throw, with a quick arm in line with the target.
