5-foot-8, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher and infielder. The skill set behind the dish has improved and he is much more physical than last time we saw him. The receiving is solid, threw 76 mph down to second base with a pop time of 1.91. The infield approach was solid as he showed active feet as he worked his way through the baseball. He threw 77 mph during the infield portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 90 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot dives in slightly as the swing begins. The path is simple and clean through the baseball. The finish shows a 1-handed release. He is turning himself into a good prospect.
