Solid body type and 6-foot-1, 185 pound frame. Controlled side-step wind-up and power leg kick into a strong, compact balance point. Clean separation and strong lower half drive. Short arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot with easy effort. Fastball sat 84-86 and touched 87 mph a couple times. Breaking ball was 63-66 mph with big, gradual 11/5 shape. Working to command breaking ball still but can spot the fastball and struck out a bunch of hitters with it on the day.
