2022 MLB Draft League: Muscular lefty with nasty offspeed pitches. Slider sweeps down and in on the hands of RHHs with 8" of horizontal break garnering 30% Chase% rate and 50% Whiff%. Changeup plays off the fastball well with good downward action and 10" or run making it an effective out pitch.

Three-quarter slot lefty. Clean arm action and good angle on 86-88 mph tailing fastball to his arm side. Landed closed. Repeated delivery. Big breaking 76 mph curveball; present above average pitch. Showed the ability to manipulate breaker into more slider shaped at 79 mph. Release point a tad higher on CB than FB. Starter with high pitchability. Top level D1 talent.

6-foot-2, 200 pound LHP has a solid compact frame. There may not be a pitcher in the state with better stuff than Tullar. On the mound repeats his motion at a moderate pace while throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball moves well out the hand with natural movement 87-89 mph . 74-76 mph sharp breaking curve that is definitely a swing and miss pitch. Change up is thrown with similar arm speed as the fastball 77-82 mph.

Uncommitted. Currently ranked No. 10 in the Michigan Class of 2018, and No. 393 in the PBR Overalls. 6-foot-2, 195-pound left-handed pitcher. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a short, loose arm action. Drop and drive delivery with a closed toe landing. Fastball showed late running action at 85-86 topping out at 87 mph. Slider has 1-7 shape at 77 mph for strikes. Also featured a curveball with late breaking action and 12-6 shape at 74 mph.

6-foot-2, 195 pound long framed prospect has physically developed a lot since last summer's future games where he caught the eye of several schools. In the OF projects as a corner guy moves through the ball showcasing a strong throwing arm from a high 3/4 arm angle. At the plate from the right side sets up with an open stance and hand movement. Steps in rhythm using a long swing at times showing good power. On the mound uses a high leg lift throwing from a 3/4 arm angle. Fastball has late life 86-87 mph. Curve has a lot of depth being a true swing and miss pitch at a 1/7 angle 73-75 mph, slurvy type of slider 79-81 mph and a sinking change up 75-78 mph.

Tullar has a 6-foot, 170-pound frame with wide-shoulders. He has an open, narrow stands with low hands. He uses a leg kick with his load and has a smooth swing. His exit velocity was 84 mph and he ran a 4.89 home-to-1st. In the outfield, he takes good routes to fly balls and works behind and through the ball with rhythm. His velocity from the outfield was 85 mph. On the mound, he throws from a high-3/4 arm slot with a short arm action and quick arm speed. His fastball sat 80-83 mph with late sinking action. He showed good feel for two breaking balls, his curveball had late 1/7 action at 68-71 mph with good depth and his slider had late, tight 2/8 action at 73-76 mph. His changeup sat 76-78 mph and was thrown with fastball arm speed. He repeated his delivery well and commanded all four pitches in the strike zone.

Tullar has an athletic 6-foot, 166-pound build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot and has a long, loose arm action that is effortless in his delivery. He strides inline with the catcher and stays under control with his body throughout his delivery. His fastball sat 80-83 mph with late run. His curveball sat 69-70 mph and had 2/8 break but occasionally had 1/7 break to it when he would throw it from a high-3/4 arm slot. His changeup sat 74-76 mph and was thrown with good arm speed and had some fade to it and the ability to locate to the arm side. He showed the ability to locate his fastball to both sides of the plate and needs to improve the consistency of his curveball command.
