Daniel Fournier: RHP/1B, (2027) Bay City Western, MI. 6-foot-1, 250-pound physical build. (58.6 mph bat speed average). (20.2 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide strong stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Had a loose uphill swing plane, explosive bat speed and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with a lot of loud contact. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Confident in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 76 mph; showed soft sure hands, a clean natural exchange, and fluid feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had athletic slot and a very quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Advanced on the mound, showed above average arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a moderate arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Has a strong balance point and even in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. (Max spin 1827; Avg 1765).
