At the plate, he starts in an even and athletic stance with his knees bent. Bat is nearly resting on his shoulder, with his hands by his head. Elbow stays parallel. Present bat rhythm. Hands move slightly backwards during his load. Small, minimal stride. Stays inside the ball, plenty of contact to the opposite field. Took defensive reps in the infield and recorded a velo of 74 MPH. Athletic movements to the ball. Quick feet. Fields the ball deep, transfer by his midsection. On the mound, works with clear rhythm. High leg kick. Gets over his frontside. Lands slightly closed off. Even shoulder tilt. Long, loose arm action. High 3/4 arm slot. Feet are closed off when in the stretch. FB was 77-79 MPH. CB showed big 12/6 shape at 60-63 MPH. CH had some fade at 66-67 MPH.
