PBR New Jersey Refund Policy

The Prep Baseball Report New Jersey refund policy is that of a transfer nature. Prep Baseball Report New Jersey will permit the transfer of your payment to another Prep Baseball Report New Jersey event that is scheduled one calendar year from the original event. 

In order to qualify for the transfer value, participant must submit an email to [email protected] with "Cancelled Clinic for NAME OF PLAYER at LOCATION OF EVENT" in the subject line no later than 7 days after the start of the clinic. No transfer value request will be accepted after 7 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. You do not have to have your replacement event scheduled for which your transfer value will be put towards but the request must be received within the 7 day time period.

If an event is canceled by Prep Baseball Report New Jersey, a full refund will be issued for the total cost of the clinic. Unforeseen circumstances including low attendance may lead to an event cancellation but rest assured you will receive a full refund for the cost of the event if Prep Baseball Report New Jersey has to cancel an event.

** If weather cancels our event we will have a make-up date, or transfer to another event within 12-months. It is understood by all participants that Prep Baseball Report New Jersey can not be held liable for other costs incurred if an event is canceled. Prep Baseball Report New Jersey will make sure all registrants are notified if cancellation has or will take place in order to help prevent other costs being incurred.
