Schwartz has a lanky build at 5-foot-10 165-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.20-seconds. Recorded an exit velocity of 85 MPH. Offensively- starts in a wide, slightly opened stance with hands below back shoulder. As pitch comes in, uses a small leg lift and stride to start swing. Hands load up and back. Upper cut type swing, stays on back foot on finish. From the outfield, throws topped at 84 MPH. From a high-3/4 slot. Short, quick arm action. Plays through throws with momentum and carry. Pitching- Fastball topped at 80 MPH and say 76-79 for his outing. Flashed a curveball at 66-67 with small 1/7 depth. Smooth, repeatable mechanics into an athletic balance point. Landing is square, but spins off to third base side of rubber on release. High-3/4 slot with short, quick arm. Level shoulders on front foot landing.
