Physical- Strong, athletic 5-foot-10, 190 lbs build. 7.29 runner in the 60.
Offensively- Tall, upright stance with some slight bend in the knees, hands just behind his head. Uses a big leg lift for timing, hands work down on load. Utilizes a quick, tight turn, pulling the hands in and keeping them close to his body through the zone, Bat works slightly uphill through the hitting, generating tons of line drives. Max exit velocity of 89 per Trackman.
Defensively- Starts upright with his glove side foot slightly ahead, uses short, choppy steps to start his route before gaining more ground with his strides and getting downhill on the ball, fields outside his body before using a big arm swing and a high ¾ arm slot to get rid of the ball. 80 MPH arm from the OF.5-foot-10, 170-pound athletic frame. He showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.92. In the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Begins in a tall stance, has a quick load and uses a small leg kick to initiate his swing. Had quick bat speed, a short swing plane and high finish. In the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 80 mph; had athletic footwork and sure hands. Used a high ¾ slot and a long arm action.
