Loose arm, elbow does not lock out. Comes from OTT. Some sink on his FB at 80-82 MPH. Had a bigger breaker with 11/5 shape at 66-68 MPH. Displayed a cutter that had some slider action at the bottom of the zone at 75-76 MPH.
