Offensively: RHH. Wide, good athletic base; good bend in his knees; small leg lift with a good sized stride; hands stay behind his head Good use of his lower half; gets under the ball; able to spray the ball; gets good barrel to the baseball. Shows pop to middle/pull side gap, low line drives. 73 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: OF: fields it outside glove foot; choppy footwork; low throws INF: good, active footwork to get around the ball; explosive shuffles to move towards target. OF: long arm swing; 3/4 arm slot INF: Medium arm swing; 3/4 arm slot. INF - 72 MPH. OF - 78 MPH.
6-foot, 125-pound, thin, wiry strong athletic frame, longer neck, plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitting two-way player, showed well all over the field. At the plate, even feet, simple pick up and put down with stride foot. The hands are loose and is short to the baseball, spraying line drives from field to field. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 70 mph. Defensively, threw 71 mph from a natural 3/4 slot, fielded out front steps through hard and gains ground in transfer. At shortstop, threw 67 mph across the diamond, actions are clean and smooth. Starts and turns were performed correct. Off the mound, fastball reached 69 mph, comes out easy with sink. The slider has 11-5 shape, clocked at 59 mph. Look for game to take off, strength is needed will aid in all areas.
